Hotel Registration Tax Exempt Forms
Please send an email to vrondondavila@cariberoyale.com with the county tax exempt form. This email should contain the name of the district/consortium and the names of all who will be in attendance for your county. These forms should be sent no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival to ensure processing, due to the volume of requests the hotel will receive from our group. This will help at check in as the form will already be reflected on each reservation.
